PAD at The Scrapping Spot

At the scrapping spot we are doing a PAD (page a day) this month of FEB. Here are my first 4, yeah I know I am 1 behind.

my Guilty Pleasure....

hmmm... this one is hard.. I mean to pick just one, LOL!!!! I am a chocolate lover, specially dark dove chocolate, even though I am allergic to it. But I think my guilty pleasure are... Those perfectly rations of peanut butter and chocolate... ohhh gosh... I LOVE THEM!!!! I do miss the commercials where showed people eating their reeses' in their own special way. Yes, I have a special way of eating them. I eat all the chocolate around them and on top but not on the bottom and them I eat the peanut butter w/ the chocolate bottom. I can eat them until I am sick of eating soooo many, they make me happy, not sure how to explain it. I hope they will never change the classic flavor reeses' like they tend to do w/ all that is good.

We almost left w/o having the U/S done. The doc had to do a procedure on someone and they were running about 30-45 mins late on all the appts. Plus in addition to that he has a tiny waiting room and it was soooo crowded, I have a problem w/ being sandwiched between people while I wait for my appt on top I was STARVING.... ok I have deviated from the important thing.... well we get into the office, I take my pants and underwear off and my dh is asking me what the hell was I doing... too funny.... I told him it was an internal U/S because baby is too small to see any other way... well dh is looking like a tomatoe at this point... (MEN!) the technician enters the room and she starts the U/S. She showed us the lil' flashing light, of course dh is so excited that he get the technician all excited and she starts showing him our tiny peanut to him in all possible angles she can (please remember this is an internal U/S)... about 10 mins into it I couldn't contain myself anylonger and a

UNOFFICIAL Thursday Treats - Me Time on the First Day of School

Back to school is around the corner and the question is "Are you ready?" I am not talking about the kid's back to school list, or the uniforms or new clothes for them. I bet you were on top of it and all you are waiting is for the first day of school to start to snap that picture! My question is: "Are you ready with your plan for the NO-KIDS or MINIMAL-KID DAY?" That's the important question! Do you have your favorite coffee beans at home, or maybe it's your favorite MERLOT? Nobody is judging here, trust me! But you have worked so hard to have the first day of school go flawless so I think you should plan something for yourself. Coffee? Wine? Read a book uninterrupted? Breakfast date with your BFF? MANI/PEDI or both? Massage? A morning run? Or just simply do all your errands kid-free? You did it, you got your kid/s out to school and now it's a bit of ME TIME.
