OMG... I am so excited about this. I think I got moxxie... my sister also seems to think so... sooooo I hope I have some luck getting in the DT.

I love their products since they started, but around here we don't get too much Moxxie. Only 1 new store carries it and I think I have almost all of what they have... LOL!!!!

ok, this one took a little while to get to us due to manufacturers delays, but it is finally here and sooooo worth the wait. Plus we got a lil' something something in the kit for being so patience with the delay... isn't that sweet!?!?!?!

ok.... so far I have to LOs..... two very different looks one fallish with Bianca's halloween picture and the other one very HangTen w/ the flowers that I used w/ some Summer pictures.

And I couldn't be happier... it is sooooo yummy. It is a warm kit w/ all those fall colors and the adorable felt pieces. I made this two LOs w/ such an ease because the embellishments and the papers just go together perfectly even though they are not by the same manufacturer.

ok, so I am HOOKED... LOL!!!! I love crochet. So far I am working in two projects at the same time. One is a shopping bag, I think there is a rule somewhere that says you have to do one of this while you are a beginner... LOL!!!! The second project is a blanket to send to the sick/injured soldiers in Irak. It is a nice blue color, it kind of looks like the color of old faded jeans.

and then today.... I am at Hobby Lobby and find this:

and of course I had to buy it... aren't they adorable, of course I just found out that these are 14" and there is a book for a 6" one... so I might need that one too... LOL!!!! I am telling you I AM HOOKED!!!!!!

"Isn't she lovely?", I can't stop singing that song everytime I see her. She is just so precious, so perfect. I can't believe she is here, and that she is such a good little girl. She sleeps a lot but the best part is that every morning she wakes me up crying for milk but as soon as she sees me she starts to giggle. She knows mommy is there to rescue her and feed her, she is a bright lil' girl. hmmm... I think I might steal this blog journal and make a LO about it... LOL!!!!

This week challenge is to talk about the love of your life.... well I have 3 so far... LOL!!!!

The most special one is my wonderful husband. He makes me sooo happy, but I must say I miss him dearly now that we don't have lunch together everyday. He still gives me butterflies in my stomach when I look at him, and still makes me laugh even when I am having a tough day.

You should have seen him when he felt the baby kicking yesterday. Even though he was still half asleep he had that glow in his eyes and face that I adore. I know he will be the best daddy ever!!!!!

My other two loves are my precious doggies... what can I say there is no better welcoming commitee that those two. It doesn't matter if mommy was running late from work and instead 6pm she is there at 7:30pm, they welcome me w/ the same happy face that they gave me the day we rescue them. It is an automatic sense of being loved that you cannot explain.

So, Cheers to my 3 loves!!!!!

What is a typical day for you? Is it crazy, boring, routine? Weekly appointments?

EVERY day of my week is the SAME.... hectic, painful and not-fun at ALL. I am having "bonding" issues w/ my boss, which are making my days really really slow.

It is only when I do get to escape for a few minutes to check out WT, or GTTLC or TSE websites that I can come to peace, that I get to breath... my blood pressure comes down to normal. I know I can tell these 3 groups of women how I feel and get all their compasion, understanding and love from around the world. Sometime even if I don't have time to post anything I just read the threads, to see how the babies are getting ready to come out of their expecting mommys or how the infants and toddlers new achievements are going, or may be its to see cute pictures of new dogs or very thoughtful pre-teens or teenagers. Sometimes its to feel part of a group that I am not alone on my hectic life.

I have to say if it wasn't for my online-girlfriends my days would be a pile of crap that I don't think I could handle myself. soooo thanks to you all!

To choose what is my favorite kind of music is a very hard choice for me. I guess I will say that the music I miss the most is music in Spanish. Groups like "Juan Luis Guerra y 4:40", "Ednita Nazario", "Arjona", "Silvio Rodriguez" etc... that was the music I heard while in school and college... those are the people who understood what I was going through, that let me cry w/o judging. I do have a few of their CDs and love to listen to them but sometimes it just brings bad memories to me.

On the other hand I miss hearing my dh play a song or two, he hasn't done it in ages... I specially like whe he plays the piano, the acustic guitar or the base. I am still not in-tune when he plays the electric guitar (LOL!!!!, I truly hate that instrument). He once een wrote me a song and sang it to me... he is such a sweetie pie. I heard the heart beat today. I was not expecting to hear it since I thought we needed to wait till week 10 or 11 to hear it. I felt superb and horrible at the same time, since dh was not there. I told him not to come since there was probably not going to be nothing new to see or hear until week 10. I know he knows it was not on purpose, but I still feel bad he was not there.

On a side note, two of my OBs are puertorrican not sure how I feel about that... I guess ok, but not sure yet.

A regular day on my schedule... I had decided that day that I wanted to listen to a CD instead of the usual news on the radio on my way to work. Half way there I decided to see what Eric and Kathy ( a Chicago Morning RADIO show) was joking about today. And I heard about it... the first plane had already crashed on the first building! I was almost at work so decided to keep driving there, when I got there it was on all the TVs at work. I am looking at the TV when the second airplane crashes on the second building... I was in shock, I was sure that this was the last day of us on earth. I got in my car and drove as fast as I could to home. It usually takes me about 15 mins to get there but this time I was there in about 8 mins, I think GOD was watching me since all the damn traffic lights were green for the first time in 4 years. I got home and put my PJs on and went to bed crying.... I lay next to dh and cried as low as I could so I would not to wake hubby up. Of course he woke up, I explained him what happen and how I was pretty sure this was the last day of our life....... and he agreed the way we wanted to spend the last day of our life was to be next to each other in our bed hugging each other. [ohhhh crap I am crying like a baby right now...uffff] We finally woke up very late that morning and tried to stay as close as each other as we could, the day was not over and either it was our fear to die. The only thing that kept us going that day is that we were happy we had spent our lives together so far.

We saw the hearbeat on Saturday!!!

We almost left w/o having the U/S done. The doc had to do a procedure on someone and they were running about 30-45 mins late on all the appts. Plus in addition to that he has a tiny waiting room and it was soooo crowded, I have a problem w/ being sandwiched between people while I wait for my appt on top I was STARVING.... ok I have deviated from the important thing....

well we get into the office, I take my pants and underwear off and my dh is asking me what the hell was I doing... too funny.... I told him it was an internal U/S because baby is too small to see any other way... well dh is looking like a tomatoe at this point... (MEN!) the technician enters the room and she starts the U/S. She showed us the lil' flashing light, of course dh is so excited that he get the technician all excited and she starts showing him our tiny peanut to him in all possible angles she can (please remember this is an internal U/S)... about 10 mins into it I couldn't contain myself anylonger and asked her to remove the probe from my va-gy-gy... (on a very Bailey voice from Gray's anatomy). The technician said the heatbeat was really really strong, which is really really good.... yipeeee.... 6 weeks down 34 more to go!!!!

hmmm... this one is hard.. I mean to pick just one, LOL!!!! I am a chocolate lover, specially dark dove chocolate, even though I am allergic to it. But I think my guilty pleasure are...

Those perfectly rations of peanut butter and chocolate... ohhh gosh... I LOVE THEM!!!! I do miss the commercials where showed people eating their reeses' in their own special way. Yes, I have a special way of eating them. I eat all the chocolate around them and on top but not on the bottom and them I eat the peanut butter w/ the chocolate bottom. I can eat them until I am sick of eating soooo many, they make me happy, not sure how to explain it. I hope they will never change the classic flavor reeses' like they tend to do w/ all that is good.

A few nights ago I was able to get a ticket transfered in my name... yoooohoooooo!!! The most amazing thing is that she has all the classes I WANTED except for one... which is such a coincedesce. I'll be hopefully 11 wks pregnant that weekend and feeling great (crossing fingers and toes). I must say that even if I have to carry a puking bag w/ me I AM GOING to CKU!!! LOL!!!!

On other news... I get home tonight to 4 boxes of priority mail on my door... LOL!!! yep 4!!!! I am so glad I got here before dh!!! Hoping to play today... yipeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I am. I was raised by a very traditional family where the mom stayed home to raised the children and the father worked until late some days w/o the kids even seeing him for the day. We were 6 in the house counting mami y papi, and let me tell you we were a handful...ohhh yeah, I feel bad for mami. We lived in a house w/ 3 bedrooms so it was one for my parents, one for my brother and one for the three of us. We did not had a lot of money but we had everything we ever needed. We even had a Barbie house (the one w/ the elevator)... I know it was the cheapest one, but we HAD a BARBIE HOUSE and that was great.
My mom has always loved shopping, I think I get that from her... LOL!!!! I will always remember mom will take me shopping w/ her all the time. I remember everytime I would see something I wanted she would have this painful smile in her face, and I immediatly knew we couldn't afford it. I learned this from very very little so I would always telled her "no te preocupes, otro dia" ("don't worry mommy, you'll get it for my another day"), that's why my title for this entry blog. This statement was very strong in me, I knew that if we could afford it we would get it for xmas or for 3 kings or maybe for our bday.
I grew up into a teenager and this statement kept coming from my mouth so easily, I know I had everything that I needed. I could see my mom's painful smile turn into a beautiful and compasionate smile, the ones I liked. For my 9th grade graduation, it was hard all my friends had have their "quincea~eros" (we celebrate sweet 15 b-day in Puerto Rico) and I didn't and I did not care, but my mom wanted for my graduation to be special, and it was... we spent MONTHs sewing between the two of us this gorgeous gown. It was so special, I was the only one that could say that my mom and I made the dress from scratch and I must say I had the best dress ever. To top it all I wanted this cute earrings that we could not afford so I gave her my "not today maybe tomorrow" statement to my mom. My dad surprised me w/ them for my graduation, they were the cutest cubic zirconias I have ever seen. I still have them.
I have to say my statement is still w/ me. DH was making fun of me that even when we can afford some stuff now that we couldn't when we got married I still "use" the statement. I guess is part of who I am... so when we couldn't get pregnant I told dh "not today hun but for sure tomorrow"... this statement has taken us where we are right... pregnant w/ our first peanut, leaving in our own house and having two great jobs.

BTW. I want to thank Amy for pushing us to work on our blogs, thanks sweetie...

I forgot to share this w/ you, it is my xmas present for my dh. He is very supportive w/ my hobbies, he is always calling me an artist, which I LOVE... he had a sneek peek of this one and said he is taking it w/ him to his new job. Isn't he sweet??? And yes that is a picture of the two of us kissin' at the Niagra Falls when we were still boyfriend and girlfriend. I LOVE THAT MAN!!!!!

I swear that the HSG was more painful than the actual surgery. I feel great. I have an appt. w/ the doctor this next Saturday to talk about getting prego... so wish me luck!!!!

It is official I am having surgery to remove the mass in my uterus this Thursday. I am a bit scared, but I guess I am ok.

The mass ocuppies 2/3 of my uterus, so far is either a polyp or a fibroid. The doctor will send it to the patologist to make sure that it is not malign.

ALL prayers will be greatly appreciated.

I had my HSG done yesterday and my doc told me (and showed me) that I have a tumor (he was not sure at that moment if it was a fibroid or a polyp) that is occupying 2/3 of my uterus... so I NEED surgery.... he said they don't need to cut me open, and that they can do it as an outpatient procedure... but my question is: has anyone has gone through this... help me, I have to say I am a bit scared...

yep, after alot of pocking around w/ the template I was able to replace the green arrows in my list sets (see on the side) w/ some cute adorable tags that I created myself (by the way they are copyrighted) :)

ok... this morning when I woke up I had every single side effect on the booklet that clomid and parlodel come with. I decided to be strong and go to work, yikes!!! that was not too smart 2.5 hours in work was enough. I called dh to get me home, I slept 4 hours and still feel aweful. Hopefully its only because it was the first dose. Off to sleep a few more hours, tomorrow I have to explain why I abandoned my work station today.

First Day on Clomid

Today will be my first day on Clomid and Parlodel. I had my blood and ultrasound done today to use it as a base. I have another blood test on Saturday and then on Monday I have a Hysterosalpingogram

A radiographic (X-ray) procedure in which a special dye is injected into the uterus to illustrate the inner contour of the uterus and degree of openness (patency) of the fallopian tubes. This is the best “screening test” for tubal factor infertility.

Wish me luck! I am a bit nervous w/ all this... I never thought it was so difficult to make a baby.
